About This Project

META-LOL is an esports platform that produces content specifically for League of Legends, the most played esports title in both Turkey and around the world.

The word meta in the gaming world can be understood as “what’s trending” or “in fashion.” LoL, as you might expect, stands for League of Legends. In this context, it’s fair to say that META-LOL is a platform that reflects the current “fashion” of League of Legends. Through the content we create, our users—figuratively speaking—decide what to “wear” while playing the game. Just like in any other fashion industry, change is the only constant in League of Legends meta, and this ever-shifting nature is what keeps our platform essential and relevant.

Although we began our development efforts in November 2015, META-LOL has been serving its users continuously since May 2015.

Since day one, META-LOL has attracted strong interest from the community, and for the past two years, it has maintained its position at the top among websites in its category. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our locally proven success to the global stage and integrate the platform with other leading esports titles.
