During the year…
With ITU Cekirdek Automotive Program, implemented with the support of OIB, we aim to accelerate the projects of startups in different fields, from safe drivingto battery management, from software solutions to material technologies, from autonomous vehicles to micro mobility.
We provide teams whose purpose are working on innovative solutions in hot topics like automotive and mobility and adding value to the sector, benefitting from ITU Cekirdek opportunities during the year, with the #Automotive Program.
We are on your side with ITU Cekirdek entrepreneurship trainings, prototyping workshop, R&D fund opportunities, sales coaching, expert mentors and the industrial power of OIB!
At the end of the year…
Startups that develop their projects by benefitting from the resources such as training, seminars and sectoral meetings at ITU Çekirdek, will have the right to participate in the “Future of Automotive Design Competition” organized by OIB in October.
The best startups participating in the competition are rewarded in cash by OIB (2021 year award: 500.000 TL), not only qualify to join the ITU Cekirdek Incubation Program but alsoto participate in the ITU Çekirdek Big Bang Startup Challenge event in December. On the Big Bang Startup Challenge, they also get the chance to benefit from the cash prizes provided by OIB and 1.28 billion TL investments and prizes special to the Big Bang stage.
How Does the Evaluation Process Proceed?
Every application completed on the application platform is received to the online evaluation process. In online evaluation; the structure of the entrepreneur groups that apply, the qualities and innovative aspects of their startups, the economic and technological feasibility of their startups, how much and how to benefit from ITU Cekirdek, the value that it can add to the automotive industry and its compliance for the OIB vision, are evaluated.
Entrepreneur groups that success on the online evaluation will be invited to the ITU Cekirdek Pre-Evaluation Jury via e-mail, to make their startup presentations. Invited teams will be expected to make a 4-minute presentation and address the issues of team, problem, solution, product, revenue model, market size and competitor analysis in their presentations.
