Today’s available chemical preservatives fail to provide sufficient protection, as their use is limited by commercial restrictions and concerns regarding human and environmental health. Nanomik offers a natural solution to this global agricultural and food challenge through its patented technology. By utilizing biomolecules and microorganisms derived from nature, Nanomik provides natural protection while preserving the original taste and aroma of the product. With its 100% natural preservative, the company can protect fresh fruits and vegetables for 15–30 days, and nuts for up to one year, against mold and mold-related problems.
