About This Project

The healthcare sector is growing rapidly in Turkey. BulutKlinik.com, founded by experienced entrepreneurs in the industry, stands out as one of the best initiatives emerging in the healthcare field.

BulutKlinik is a startup founded in 2016 by Ali Hulusi Ölmez and Yusuf Güleç. The founding team, who have worked as managers and developers in the healthcare sector, have brought the BulutKlinik project to life and created a SaaS product that can be used by clinics of different scales.

By 2019, they had successfully onboarded over 1700 clinics. With health ministry accreditations completed, they now offer a comprehensive solution for clinic management, gaining praise from doctors.

According to the information provided by the managers of BulutKlinik, the platform consists of two main components: the clinic management system and the patient mobile application.

They view the patient app as a Digital Hospital and emphasize that the most important resource within a hospital is the doctors. Currently, they have over 2500 active doctors in their system. This rapid access to such a large number of doctors has enabled them to establish the necessary infrastructure to become a Digital Hospital.

With this app, patients will be able to have online video consultations with doctors via their smartphones, seek second opinions on existing treatment plans, or get their test results reviewed.

In Turkey, there are 90,000 healthcare centers, including clinics, occupational health physicians, and family doctors. BulutKlinik offers solutions to all clinics providing non-bed treatment.

Among their references are corporate clients such as Istanbul New Airport and Municipalities.

2019 has been a year of growth for BulutKlinik. They have entered two foreign markets, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, while also establishing the Digital Hospital platform in Turkey and aiming to expand it internationally.
