Two Mechanical Engineer Brothers Are Producing the World’s Smallest Vibration Sensor
Can and Çağlar Aksu, two brothers who graduated from Istanbul Technical University and Middle East Technical University, aim to expand into Europe and the United States with the world’s smallest vibration sensor they have developed. This technology, named Sensemore, enables companies to monitor their machinery with smart technologies, allowing for timely maintenance, increased customer satisfaction, and reduced operational costs.
Sensemore, backed by Turkish technology company Proline Ventures—a venture initiative established by Proline to support startups in the smart cities domain—is delivering the smallest vibration sensor in its class to customers around the world. Sensemore founder Çağdaş Aksu stated that they have been working on the technology since 2016, officially founded the company in 2018, and began sales in 2019. They are currently collaborating with global companies such as Mitsubishi Electric and Dr. Oetker.
