About This Project

Out of the 123 medical faculties currently operating in Türkiye, only 7 have simulation centers. Scientific studies have proven that simulation-based training reduces medical errors, improves communication and leadership skills, enhances crisis and resource management, and allows for better learning and skill development.

As R.I.S.E. Technology, we are a social enterprise dedicated to making advanced educational methods—such as simulation—accessible across all educational institutions, going beyond traditional lecture-based approaches. Our goal is to ensure that we and our loved ones receive care from better-trained healthcare professionals.

R.I.S.E. Technology was founded by a team of six talented and expert individuals from the fields of medicine and electrical-electronics engineering. Realizing the challenges in accessing high-quality simulation-based training in medical education, the team began working in 2020 with the mission of addressing this gap.

Instead of the expensive, complex, and bulky mechanical systems traditionally used in simulation-based training, R.I.S.E. Technology offers a highly affordable, compact, and adaptive software-based alternative. By eliminating the disadvantages of mechanical systems, we make simulation-based medical education more accessible—advocating for and significantly contributing to equal opportunity in medical education.

Additionally, the R.I.S.E. Technology team supports institutions in standardizing assessment, evaluation, and accreditation processes for training in this field. By providing practical solutions and resources for both students and educators, we also empower them to become the best learners and teachers in their domains.

In summary, R.I.S.E. Technology is rapidly progressing toward becoming a prominent initiative in all areas of medical education in the near future.
