Ecogear, with its innovative hybrid CVT transmission, has developed a solution capable of transforming both existing and future vehicles into hybrids.
One of the most persistent problems in the automotive industry has always been high fuel consumption and the resulting emissions—an issue that has yet to be fully resolved.

Years of R&D efforts, billions spent, and increasing environmental damage have pointed to electric vehicles (EVs) as the eventual solution. With rising regulatory pressure and recent scandals, the transition is becoming less of an option and more of a necessity. However, can the millions of existing vehicles and the massive investments already made be discarded overnight?
Can consumers realistically stop using their current cars and afford to purchase new EVs? Can manufacturers abandon their heavily invested platforms and start fresh?

Enter HYBDRIVE—our hybrid transmission system, which is the only solution in the world that can transform any existing or future vehicle into an automatic hybrid simply by replacing the transmission.
This system, which combines a toroidal CVT with an integrated electric motor, is engineered for maximum efficiency and torque transfer, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles—from small passenger cars to trucks, buses, and even military vehicles.

Thanks to its retrofit capability, HYBDRIVE allows existing vehicles to be upgraded to hybrid systems without requiring full replacement. Additionally, it enables OEMs to bring hybrid and automatic versions of their current models to market without changing platforms, minimizing both time and cost.

With international patents secured, testing completed, and the prototyping phase finalized, our product is now fully prepared for market entry.
