The rapid digitization of the world has led to companies that fail to keep up with this speed missing out on opportunities, falling behind their competitors, and facing the risk of closure. Hiring professionals for digital transformation or outsourcing services can be very expensive, and finding the right experts is often a matter of luck and takes time. Earnado has created a platform to solve these problems by offering a wide range of online transformation services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and scalable startups. Currently focusing on the most vital needs of businesses, which are sales and marketing, Earnado primarily offers digital marketing services to meet these needs. The remote workers (referred to as “earnies”) who deliver services created by experts are trained at a high level and practice extensively before delivering any service to ensure top-quality service.

Unlike similar systems, the services are standardized according to the needs. This allows companies that may not be familiar with technical details to easily find the best solutions for their needs. The system evaluates where your business stands and creates a journey and needs list for where you want to go. Throughout this journey, Earnado provides the products and services you need until you reach your goal and complete your transformation.

Another point that differentiates the project is that the service providers are trained for free, can practice, and provide services to clients from anywhere via the internet. This enables businesses to receive high-quality services, similar to those offered to large companies, while the service providers (earnies) can also offer their services remotely, develop their skills, and earn money. As a result, many skilled service providers (earnies) are also able to meet the digital transformation needs of companies abroad. This way, companies can access the best solutions, created from the needs of hundreds of companies, provided by experienced professionals.

Earnado aims to create standardized services for artificial intelligence, programming, cloud technologies, and other services in the future, ultimately becoming a global service provider.
