About This Project

Launched 7 months ago, the startup BenzinLitre has reached over 30,000 users with its vision of helping users “choose the right station, not just the first one you see.” The app is currently ranked first in the App Store for the keyword “gasoline” and is within the top 20 in the navigation category.

Through user-based data sharing, the app allows users to find the most accurate prices for gasoline, diesel, and autogas, and the nearest stations. By tapping on any station, users can view not only the prices but also the station’s on-site amenities, such as hours of operation, supermarket, restaurant, coffee, tire services, and restroom availability. Thanks to BenzinLitre, consumers can save up to 50 TL on fuel refills, and also discover the best rest areas and truck parking lots. The app offers additional features like vehicle registration, insurance quotes, and an emergency roadside assistance button. Very soon, an algorithm will be available to suggest smart route options, and new features will include electric and CNG fuel stations.

Thanks to the competition it brings to the fuel industry and its innovative advertising tools, BenzinLitre has quickly struck deals with many brands and is contributing to the digital transformation of the energy sector. The app tracks fuel purchases both offline and in real life, while also giving brands the opportunity to see how digital spending impacts in-station sales easily and in detail.

The BenzinLitre team has expressed interest in expanding to Europe after dominating the Turkish market and is eager to add stations along the Germany-Turkey route and border crossings to the app.
