ImpactVerse: The Impact of Entrepreneurship Spreads Across the Universe
Organized annually by ITU Çekirdek, the Incubation Center of ITU ARI Teknokent, Türkiye’s largest entrepreneurship event, the Big Bang Startup Challenge will this year take the stage under the motto “ImpactVerse”, where the impact of entrepreneurship spreads across the universe. The event will be held on November 25–26, 2025, at UNIQ Istanbul, once again bringing together the best startups from Türkiye and around the world with the business community, investors, and the public for two full days. Startup presentations will be broadcast live to global investors simultaneously.

By providing 360-degree support to entrepreneurs, opening global market channels for their products and services, and designing all the resources they need for rapid growth, ITU Çekirdek — recognized as the “World’s Best University Incubation Center” — will once again raise the bar for the entrepreneurship ecosystem through the Big Bang Startup Challenge. With ImpactVerse as this year’s theme, the event will prepare the ground for the top 50 startups to meet with awards and investments. As in previous years, the event will be hosted by M. Serdar Kuzuloğlu. Presentations on the Big Bang stage will be broadcast live to global investors, bringing the theme “your impact, our universe” to life. Last year, startups received a record-breaking ₺2.85 billion in awards, cash, and investment support through Big Bang, and the event is expected to generate another impactful resource this year. UNIQ Istanbul will once again host thousands of participants focused on technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, all ready to share in the excitement.
Expanding Support, Universal Impact
With the responsibility of being an impactful incubation center, ITU Çekirdek continues to grow the entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting an average of 500 startups each year and creating millions of dollars in added value for Türkiye’s economy. Over 14 years, ITU Çekirdek has supported more than 5,000 technology startups, contributing to the incorporation of over 2,000 of them, and helping create employment for more than 11,000 people. In 2023, startups received ₺1.28 billion in awards, cash, and investment support through the Big Bang stage, and this figure more than doubled in 2024, reaching ₺2.85 billion.
The Impact of Startups Born at ITU Çekirdek Spreads Across the Universe
Hundreds of startups that developed their technologies with ITU Çekirdek’s support have accelerated through the awards and investments they received on the Big Bang stage, achieving global success stories. Among them are companies exporting to more than 120 countries, attracting investment from Silicon Valley, transforming industries, and emerging as future unicorn candidates. Big Bang 2025 is also expected to showcase new success stories that will make headlines.
